This website is owned by Jcare Street Impact nonprofit organization with a federally registered 501©(3). In the agreement, you understand that Jcare Street Impact will be referred to as “JCARE.” JCARE provides this website and related services to you, the user of this website, only for your personal, non-commercial use and subject to your acceptance of and compliance with this Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”).
Please read the terms contained herein carefully before using this website. Your use of this website and the associated services confirms your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions. Viewing this website is optional. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you are welcome to please exit the website.
This site has been created to share the outreach of JCare Street Impact, by displaying pictures, testimonials, and stories of homelessness and the outreach we provide in Orlando, Florida.
JCare Street Impact has the right to change the contents of this page and website.
JCARE reserves the right and it’s in its sole discretion, to revise this Agreement at any time. Any changes to these terms will be included in a revised version of this Agreement accessible through the website. You must cease using the website if you do not agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
JCare Street Impact is not responsible for any injuries or complications that might occur during outreach. Volunteers agree that they are fully liable and responsible for their safety. Volunteers under the legal age of 18, agree to always have parental or guardian supervision, and the responsibility of that minor will be the guardians or supervisors.
JCare Street Impact agrees to mentor and teach volunteers how to properly and safely conduct outreach activities.
Volunteers and Volunteer Hours
Volunteer hours approval was granted for volunteer hours. Volunteer forms must be completed, signed, and approved by JCare to be considered valid.
Photo Release
I hereby grant Jcare Street Impact permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of JCare Street Impact and will not be returned.
I hereby irrevocably authorize JCare Street Impact to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the JCare Street Impact from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have because of this authorization.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS.
General Use, Registration, and User Accounts
This website and related services are intended only for use by those 13 years of age or older. If you are not 13 or older, you cannot use this site without the accompaniment and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions JCARE grants you a nonexclusive and revocable license to make personal and non-commercial use of the site. You do not have the right to modify, reproduce, copy, or resell any of the content of the JCARE website; or to download or copy any user’s account information for the benefit of another party. JCARE may provide, or third volunteers may post, links to other Internet sites or resources. Because JCARE has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that JCARE is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that JCARE shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such Content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource.
Your dealings and communications (including but not limited to business dealings, participation in promotions, or transactions prompted by online classified advertisements) with any advertiser or other third party found on or through the website are solely between you and that third party.

This website is created and maintained by JCARE in the State of Florida. You agree that the laws of the State of Florida will govern this Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Any action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement or your use of the JCARE website must be brought to the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.
Copyright Infringement Claims
JCARE respects the intellectual property rights of third volunteers and complies with the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regarding such rights. JCARE reserves the right to remove access to infringing material posted to its website. Such actions do not affect or modify any other rights JCARE may have under law or contract.
To be effective, the Notification must be in writing and contain the following information:

Upon receipt of a Counter Notification containing the information outlined above, JCARE will: promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the Counter Notification;
inform the complaining party that it will replace the removed material within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days following the receipt of the Counter Notification, provided JCARE’s Designated Agent has not received notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on JCARE’s network or system. This process only relates to reporting a claim of copyright infringement. Messages related to other matters will not receive a response through this process.
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the volunteers regarding your use of the website and supersedes all other agreements, express or implied, between them. This Agreement shall not be modified except in writing, signed by an authorized representative of JCARE. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, the remainder of this Agreement shall be enforced to the extent possible, and the offending provision shall be treated as though not a part of this Agreement. JCARE’s failure to act concerning a breach of this Agreement by you or others does not constitute a waiver of its rights concerning that breach or an
y subsequent breach, nor shall it constitute a waiver of any other rights under this Agreement
